IMMIGRATION 101 CLE: Quick and useful immigration law for family and matrimonial practitioners

This course provides a broad overview of the types of immigration benefits your clients or their family members are likely to seek, as well as common pitfalls to acquiring those benefits. It will also discuss the real world ramifications of appearances by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in state courts, and how to best support non-citizens as clients and witnesses.
